 Rules, Rights & Rites -75

I usually post all important items related to official rulings, union news, and other general matters on my YouTube channels: Yourskayveeyes (English) and Anbudan Kayveeyes (Tamil).
However, due to the recent spate of orders and the high volume of information being received, I have not been able to convert every item into a video. Therefore, I am introducing these new slots to post current matters and updates that have not yet been published on YouTube. This ensures you stay informed on every detail, even if a video hasn't been made yet …………….Kayveeyes

D.O. letter regarding ATM Cards for Post Office Savings Bank Customers:

The Department of Posts has finalized a new vendor for printing and supplying new ATM cards.
All preparatory activities for printing ATM cards are complete.
The dispatch of Instant cards has begun.
The first batch of Personalized cards will be dispatched upon receipt of indents from Circles.
Post Offices are directed to place indents for instant cards through Circle CPCs to CPRC, Chennai, following the existing process.
Indents for Personalized cards should be sent as per the modified process.
Directions should be issued to all Post Offices to create customer awareness about the availability of ATM cards, encouraging them to visit their nearest Post Office to avail this facility.
Customers should also be encouraged to opt for Personalized cards.
Process for Personalized Cards
Personalized cards can be issued by Post Offices upon customer request for new cards or replacements of expired/expiring cards.
Upon receiving a request, Post Offices should place the request in Finacle using the CCMM menu.
Post Offices must ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) information, including the current address, is properly updated before indenting for personalized or replacement cards to prevent non-delivery.
The ATM PIN for a personalized card will be dispatched separately by registered letter to the ATM Card Holder's address within two days of the ATM card's dispatch.
Concerned Delivery Post Offices must ensure that ATM Cards and PIN mailers sent via registered letter are delivered  only to the ATM Card holders.
These ATM cards will be activated 24 hours after delivery, and the first transaction can be performed at any ATM kiosk.
