Extension of last date for APAR Courses and Assessment on iGOT
• Central Government employees and All-India Services (AIS) officers are required to complete at least 50% of prescribed courses and a Comprehensive Assessment.
• The initial deadline for completion had previously been extended to April 30, 2026.
• Various State Governments and Ministries requested more time due to "administrative exigencies," specifically the large-scale deployment of personnel for election-related duties.
• The final date for completing the digital modules for the 2025-26 Reporting Year is now extended to May 31, 2026.
• Notwithstanding the May deadline, completion must occur before the submission of the self-appraisal in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) if that date is earlier than May 31.
