46. Can an employee get MACPS benefits based on inter-departmental service before completing their probation period in the new post?
No, benefits under the MACPS in such cases shall not be considered until the satisfactory completion of the probation period in the new post.

No, past service rendered in a State Government, statutory body, autonomous body, or Public Sector Organization before appointment in the Central Government shall not be counted.
