Respected sir,I m postal assistant and having doubt about the latest transfer guidelines clarification aby intra circle transfer as ..there 8s no need to observed category or mode of recruitment in mutual or otherwise transfer...if is it so... then one can apply for mutual transfer with any candidate selected against any quota or mode of recruitment within same circle or region ?
