Due MACP order dated 6.9.2021, huge recovery imposed on officials promoted after getting benefit of MACP. Pay fixed on promotion revised by granting only difference of grade pay. Can you please discuss the issue.

Need some guidance about gds leave.. How many days we can take loss of pay..?? How many days eligible???and about the termination of post..???

Promoted to PA on - 29.06.17
Due for PS - 29. 06.22
Current RRs - 50% Promotion , 50% deputation.
Sanctioned strength is PS is 16 our of which 8 promotion and 1 deputation seats have already been filled .
our office advertised deputation seats for PS in 2020 against which no application was rec and since 2020 deputation seats are lying vacant.
Sir, there are 5 PAs due for promotion. 4 PAs became due in 2021 and i being the 5 in seniority became due in 2022.
Are there any dop&t rules which says that deputation seats can be transferred or givento promotion quota. or any other rule by which we can get promotion .
Kindly advice sir.
