Implementation of Delhi High Court orders on RTP case to all the similarly situated officials
• RTP- Implementation of Delhi High Court orders concerning OA No. 3466/2019 (Raksh Pal Singh & Ors. Vs UOI & Ors.), dated September 20, 2023.
• Take necessary action and pass reasoned speaking orders as early as possible for the implementation of the Hon'ble CAT's orders.
• Content of Speaking Orders:
o Must include all facts of the case.
o Explain reasons why the record related to the RTP (Regular Transfer Policy) period is not available with the department.
o Clearly state that the order is being implemented solely in compliance with the judgment of the Hon'ble CAT.
o Emphasize that this implementation cannot be treated as a precedent for others.
• The matter is marked as "COURT CASE/URGENT."
