Grant of Special Allowance to System Administrators (Rs. 2000 per Month)
The role of System Administrators is critical and involves high levels of responsibility, stress, and complexity. These officials play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department's IT infrastructure, often working under demanding and time-sensitive conditions.
In 2008, it was agreed to grant a special allowance to System Administrators, although our earlier request for the creation of a separate cadre for them was not accepted. Given the nature of their work and the increasing importance of their duties, it is now requested that the special allowance be granted to System Administrators at the rate of Rs. 2000 per month, in recognition of their dedicated and challenging work.
We believe this allowance will serve as an appropriate acknowledgment of their efforts and provide much-needed support for officials in this critical role.
