Summary of Senior Citizen Preference at Post Offices

• Senior citizens (aged 70 and above) and physically challenged individuals are not required to stand in queues at post offices. 

• They can show their age proof to the Postmaster or Deputy Postmaster and receive service immediately. 

• This information must be displayed prominently in the counter hall of all Head Post Offices and on the notice board of all Sub Post Offices.

• மூத்த குடிமக்கள் (70 வயது மற்றும் அதற்கு மேல்) மற்றும் உடல் ஊனமுற்ற நபர்கள் தபால் நிலையங்களில் வரிசையில் நிற்கத் தேவையில்லை. 

• அவர்கள் தபால் மாஸ்டர் அல்லது துணை தபால் மாஸ்டரிடம் தங்கள் வயது ஆதாரத்தைக் காட்டி உடனடியாக சேவையைப் பெறலாம்.
