Whether SC ST Officials promoted under general category, will get further promotion on reservation?

    Sir I was appointed as pa on 20.07.1997 in the ST catagory but my 8 to 10 junior PA has been promoted to LSG but during that time I lost my seniority as well as not got the promotion in the LSG . Kindly clarify me.
