I usually post all important items related to official rulings, union news, and other general matters on my YouTube channels: Yourskayveeyes (English) and Anbudan Kayveeyes (Tamil).
However, due to the recent spate of orders and the high volume of information being received, I have not been able to convert every item into a video. How is the Gradation list prepared?
• Prior to 3.7.1986, one Promotee and one direct recruited candidate will be arranged in the Gradation list.
• From 3.7.1986, alternate promotee/ direct recruits. Compassionate appointees below all.
• From 4.11.1992. Purely on merit basis. If both are same marks, then DOB. If both same first alphabetical of the name.
• It will be based on the selection list.
• Promotees are given first position in the seniority enbloc.
• Compassionate appointees are last as per the recruitment year.
• Sports person after that.
• Rule 38 officials are enbloc juniors in the gradation list.
• No confirmation from 8.7.2013. Probation period is 2 years. Two weeks induction training. Pass the exam conducted therein.
• If not passed one year extension of probation will be issued. Two more chances will be given.
• In third chance a notice will be served that in case of non passing service will be terminated. One additional exam will be conducted.
• Divisional Gradational list once in three years as on July 1. Circle gradation list once in five years. 32 Vol IV
• Appeal should be made within six months.
