Rules, Rights & Rites -61
I usually post all important items related to official rulings, union news, and other general matters on my YouTube channels: Yourskayveeyes (English) and Anbudan Kayveeyes (Tamil).
However, due to the recent spate of orders and the high volume of information being received, I have not been able to convert every item into a video. Therefore, I am introducing these new slots to post current matters and updates that have not yet been published on YouTube. This ensures you stay informed on every detail, even if a video hasn't been made yet …………….Kayveeyes

• The document revises the rates of financial assistance given by UIDAI to registrars for Aadhaar generation and Mandatory Biometric Update (MBU) services. It also specifies the fees that registrars can charge residents for other Aadhaar services.
• Financial assistance to registrars is applicable only for successful transactions.
• The revised rates are effective for two periods:

The fee for other services collected from residents is ₹125 for other biometric updates, ₹75 for demographic updates, and ₹75 for PoA/PoI document updates at an enrolment centre.

The fee for residents for other biometric updates and demographic updates will increase to ₹150 and ₹90, respectively.
PoA/PoI document updates, whether at a centre or through the myAadhaar portal, will cost ₹90.
The fee for an Aadhaar search and printout will be ₹50.
• For home enrolment services, an additional charge of ₹700 (including GST) is applicable. If more than one resident at the same address avails of the service, the first resident is charged ₹700, and each additional resident is charged ₹350.
• For registrars that do not operate under the "in-house model," the rates for financial assistance are unchanged. These registrars receive ₹50 for Aadhaar Generation and ₹50 for Mandatory Biometric Updates, both of which are free for residents.
