Promotional and Incentive Structure of PLI/RPLI for the sales force
• The sales force was permitted to procure PLI/RPLI business only from anywhere within a specific Postal Circle.
• The sales force is now authorized to procure PLI/RPLI business from anywhere in the Country.
• Policies were required to be indexed at the HO CPC (Head Office Central Processing Centre) nearest to the residence or address of the insurant.
• PLI/RPLI policies can now be indexed at the HO CPC anywhere in the Country.
• No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be payable to the sales force for procuring business in these cases.
• This lack of allowance applies to both the previous and the newly clarified nationwide procurement rules.
• All other contents and conditions from the clarification letter dated July 6, 2020, remain in effect.
