• Brand name for personalized sheets of India Post postage stamps.
• Allows printing a thumbnail photograph/logo alongside a selected theme stamp.
• Customized My Stamp: For corporates, organizations, and institutions to get customized sheets with their logo/images.
• One sheet contains 12 stamps (₹5 face value each).
• Cost of one sheet: ₹300.

Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana:
• Scholarship scheme for students in Standard VI to IX.
• Aims to promote Philately as a hobby among young children.
• Encourages academic curriculum reinforcement and provides a relaxing hobby.
• Each postal circle gives a maximum of 40 scholarships (10 students each from Classes VI-IX).
• Eligible schools must have a philately club (or student with own philately account considered).
• Scholarship amount: ₹6000 per annum (₹500 per month).
• Scholarship duration: One year.
• Eligibility criteria: Minimum 60% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST).

Postman Mobile App (PMA):
• Launched by India Post (West Bengal Circle) on 10-06-2016.
• Android-based app designed by CEPT, Mysore.
• Enables postmen to capture mail delivery data in real-time using mobile phones.
• Used for delivering various postal articles, including Cash on Delivery.
• Allows electronic capturing of delivery data and obtaining acknowledgement.
• Automatically captures date, time, and location of delivery.
• Eliminates inaccurate manual data capturing.
• Helps India Post analyze delivery performance and improve transit time KPI.

Speed Post:
• International Service: Economical and fast service to 100 foreign countries (backed by Universal Postal Union, EMS).
• Home Collection: On-call and regular collection service from customer premises for convenience.
• Dimension Limit: Not exceeding 1.50 meters for any one dimension or 3 meters for the sum of length and greatest circumference.

Express Parcel:
• Discontinued w.e.f. 18.11.2019.

Business Parcel:
• Available to contractual customers only (with signed agreement).
• Minimum chargeable weight: 2 KG.
• Maximum weight: 35 Kg.
• Transmission: Surface only.
• Dimension Limit: Not exceeding 1.50 meters for any one dimension or 3 meters for the sum of length and greatest circumference.
• Tariff details are provided (exclusive of taxes).

Cash on Delivery (COD):
• Available for Speed Post and Business Parcel for contractual customers.
• Maximum recovery amount: ₹50,000 (no fractions of a rupee).
• Prohibited items: Coupons, tickets, certificates for "snowball system" sales.
• Additional fee payable on delivery (exclusive of taxes).
• Insurance of COD articles is not compulsory.
• Dimension Limit (Business Parcel COD): Same as regular Business Parcel.

Book Now Pay Later (BNPL) Scheme:
• Credit facility for contractual customers for Speed Post and Business Parcel.
• Eligibility: Bulk customer with ₹10,000 worth of business in a calendar month (can be revised by Head of Circle).
• Application process through Divisional Head and approval by Postmaster General.
• Allows bulk tendering of articles without immediate payment.
• Monthly bill issued by the 7th of the following month, payable by the last day of that month.
• Fortnightly billing option for customers with > ₹50 lakh monthly business (discount adjusted monthly).
• Payment due dates for fortnightly billing specified.
• Penalty for late payment: 12% per annum.

Volume Based Discount Structure (Speed Post / Business Parcel):
• Discounts for customers posting articles worth ₹50,000 or more in a calendar month.
• Customer login provided for MIS and tracking for corporate customers.
• Discount structures for contractual and walk-in customers are mentioned (Directorate Order No.10-23/2013-BD& MD dated 24.01.2017).

Bill Mail Service:
• For financial statements, bills, monthly account bills, etc.
• Posted by service providers to customers at least once in 90 days.
• Available for circumscribed areas (one city/district/twin city).
• Excludes letter mail, personal communication, and exclusive commercial publicity.
• Minimum quantity: 5000 articles per posting.
• Postage rate: ₹3 for up to 50 grams, ₹2 for each additional 50 grams (or fraction).
• Mails received at identified locations.
• Requires full sorting by pin code and bundling by delivery post office.
• No credit facility.

National Bill Mail Service:
• For destinations other than local BMS areas.
• Accepted at BMS Centres.
• Requires pin code wise bundles with check slip.
• Minimum quantity: 10000 articles per posting.
• Can be sent anywhere in India.
• Treated as first-class articles (including air transmission and handling).
• Free e-IOD (electronic Intimation of Delivery) facility.
• Price: ₹5 for up to 50 grams, ₹2 for each additional 50 grams.
• Option to book as Speed Post due to e-IOD operationalization status.

International Postal Tariff:
• Rates for M bags of printed matter (prepaid postage).
• Rates for postage and air mail fees for articles sent by air to specified countries.
• Tariff of Air Surcharge.
• Supplementary Charges.
