Display of banners/posters at post office premises:
• Customers can display banners/standees for fixed durations.
• Rates:
o ₹200 + GST per sq. ft. per month.
o ₹2000 + GST per sq. ft. per annum (for one complete year or more).
o ₹3500 + GST per PO per day.
o ₹30000 + GST per PO for 1 complete month.
• Display of advertisement videos in LCD/LED TVs:
o Time slot: 1500 seconds per day.
o Number of slots: 50 per day (30 seconds duration each).
o Minimum display period: 3 months.
o Tariff Rates:
₹3000 + GST per Post Office per month.
₹2500 + GST per Post Office per month (for 5 or more Post Offices in a division).
• Media Post - Letter Box:
o ₹1000 per letter box per annum +
o Painting charges: ₹300 per letter box.
BILL MAIL SERVICE:
• For financial statements, bills, monthly account bills, etc.
• Posted by service providers to customers at least once in 90 days.
• Available for circumscribed areas (one city/district/twin city).
• Excludes letter mail, personal communication, and exclusive commercial publicity.
• Minimum quantity: 5000 articles per posting.
• Postage rate: ₹3 for up to 50 grams, ₹2 for each additional 50 grams (or fraction).
• Mails received at identified locations.
• Requires full sorting by pin code and bundling by delivery post office.
• No credit facility.
Aadhaar Enrolment and Updation:
• Two main services provided at Post Office Aadhaar Centres:
o Aadhaar Enrolment: Electronic capture of demographic and biometric information.

• Key Points of DoP-CSC Tie-up:
