What are the requirements for claiming CEA for a Divyang child who receives education at their residence?
If a Divyang child is unable to attend a physical school, the reimbursement for education or special education conducted at the residence is made at double the normal rate, which is Rs. 4500/- per month. To claim this, the Central Government servant must provide a payment receipt from the teacher or instructor and submit a self-certification regarding the child’s education at home. These instructions are governed by OM No. A-27012/01/2017-Estt.(AL) dated 17.07.2018.
