217. Whether the SC/ST candidates appointed or promoted on their own merit will be adjusted with reservation quota or not?

In such cases, they will be adjusted against unreserved points of reservation roster, irrespective of the fact whether the promotion is made by selection method or non selection method. This was given effect from 02.07.1997, the date on which the post based reservation was introduced.

218. Whether any relaxation in merit in qualifying competitive examination is available or not?
Concessions granted to SC / ST employees for considering them for promotion without reference to merit and the prescribed bench mark withdrawn from 22-07-97 has been restored w.e.f. 03-10-2000.  They are eligible for lower qualifying merits/lesser standard of evolution in qualifying competitive examination.

219. Is there any concession available to SC/ST candidates in fees for appearing any examination ro selection?

Yes. SC/ST candidates are fully exempted from payment of fees for admission to any examination for recruitment/selection.

217. தங்கள் சொந்த தகுதியில் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட அல்லது பதவி உயர்வு பெற்ற SC/ST வேட்பாளர்கள் இட ஒதுக்கீடு ஒதுக்கீட்டுடன் சரிசெய்யப்படுவார்களா இல்லையா?

அத்தகைய சந்தர்ப்பங்களில், பதவி உயர்வு தேர்வு முறையிலோ அல்லது தேர்வு அல்லாத முறையிலோ செய்யப்பட்டாலும், அவர்கள் இட ஒதுக்கீடு ரோஸ்டரின் ஒதுக்கப்படாத புள்ளிகளுக்கு எதிராக சரிசெய்யப்படுவார்கள். பதவி அடிப்படையிலான இட ஒதுக்கீடு அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்ட ஜூலை 02, 1997 முதல் இது நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது.

218. தகுதிவாய்ந்த போட்டித் தேர்வில் தகுதியில் ஏதேனும் தளர்வு கிடைக்குமா இல்லையா?

தகுதியை மனதில் கொள்ளாமல் பதவி உயர்வுக்காக SC / ST ஊழியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட சலுகைகள் மற்றும் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட அளவுகோல் 22-07-97 முதல் திரும்பப் பெறப்பட்டது, 03-10-2000 முதல் மீட்டெடுக்கப்பட்டது. தகுதிவாய்ந்த போட்டித் தேர்வில் குறைந்த தகுதி மதிப்பெண்கள் / குறைந்த மதிப்பீட்டுத் தகுதிகளுக்கு அவர்கள் தகுதியுடையவர்கள்.

219. எந்தவொரு தேர்வு அல்லது தேர்வில் கலந்துகொள்வதற்கான கட்டணத்தில் SC/ST வேட்பாளர்களுக்கு ஏதேனும் சலுகை கிடைக்குமா?

ஆம். ஆட்சேர்ப்பு/தேர்வுக்கான எந்தவொரு தேர்விலும் சேருவதற்கான கட்டணம் செலுத்துவதில் இருந்து SC/ST வேட்பாளர்கள் முழுமையாக விலக்களிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.
