What instructions were issued to Postal Circles regarding the filling up of HSG-II and HSG-I vacancies in response to the reference dated 09.02.2021?
Postal Circles were instructed to complete the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) process at the earliest. This ensures that an approved panel of officials is readily available for appointment as and when vacancies occur.
