116. If an employee is on valid extended leave during the time the Screening Committee meets, can their case be deferred solely due to their absence?
No, the case of an eligible employee on authorized leave must be processed by the Screening Committee in the normal course without any deferment.

117. What five-year span of APARs is scrutinized for an employee whose MACPS case matures on 15th October 2026?
The Screening Committee will assess the APARs for the preceding five financial years: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25.
