121. How is the pay fixed under MACPS if an employee's next regular increment falls on the exact same date as the MACPS upgradation?

The annual increment in the lower grade is granted first, and subsequently, the 3% pay fixation benefit under MACPS is calculated and added on that accumulated total.

The employee must exercise their formal pay fixation option in writing within one month from the date of issuance of the financial upgradation order.

123. If an employee opts to defer their MACPS pay fixation until the date of their next annual increment, what pay do they draw in the interim?
