What specific instructions and requests were issued by the Directorate regarding the DPC process and the consolidation of Accounts Line posts with the general line?
Postal Circles were previously requested to complete the DPC process for the vacancy year 2024 for both general line and Accounts Line posts based on existing Recruitment Rules before initiating any consolidation of Accounts Line posts with the general line.
Because some Circles had already convened DPCs for the vacancy year 2025, all Postal Circles were requested to report the status of their DPC proceedings for the vacancy year 2024 and 2025 to the Directorate at the earliest.
Circles were also asked to suggest whether the proposal to implement the consolidation of Accounts Line Posts should be carried out starting from the vacancy year 2026 instead of 2025.
