What directives have been issued to Ministries and Departments regarding the online publication of notified Recruitment Rules, and what is the underlying administrative purpose?
To bring greater transparency and to allow prospective government employees to make an informed decision regarding their career prospects, all Ministries and Departments have been directed to upload the notified Recruitment Rules of various posts under their purview onto their official websites. Furthermore, they are required to issue suitable instructions to all Subordinate and Attached Offices under their administrative control to similarly upload their respective notified Recruitment Rules. Ministries and Departments were mandated to complete this uploading process by 15th March, 2015, and send a final compliance report before 31st March, 2015.
