STP Revision for MTS Induction
• Outlines the preparation and revision of the Standard Training Programme (STP) for newly appointed MTS personnel, superseding the previous guidelines from October 2020.
• The approved induction training remains a two-week programme.
• The Training Division has finalized a detailed package that includes module-wise plans, a consolidated plan, and a specific day-wise schedule.
• The revised content is designed to strengthen "capacity building" by focusing on:
o Behavioral, functional, and domain competencies.
o Service orientation.
o Adaptability to evolving operational challenges and business scenarios.
• The STP is now live on the DKY Portal and is accessible to all Training Institutes and Workplace Training Centres (WTCs).
• All Circles must ensure that MTS candidates awaiting training complete this revised course at their respective WTCs starting from February 2026.
