What are the eligibility criteria and the specified method of recruitment for the post of Postal Service Group 'B' as per the draft Recruitment Rules, 2024?
The post is a Selection Post , and 100% of the vacancies are to be filled by Promotion. Promotion is made from the grade of Inspector of Posts (Level-7 of the pay matrix) with eight years of regular service in the grade. Additionally, candidates must have successfully completed a minimum of two weeks of Departmental Induction Training. Any regular service rendered in the post of Assistant Superintendent of Posts (Level-8) will also be taken into account when calculating the required eligibility service.
