81. What is the maximum period for which Child Care Leave (CCL) is admissible?
Child Care Leave is admissible for a maximum period of 730 days during the entire service. (Rule 43-C of CCS (Leave) Rules)
82. Whether a Government servant is entitled to draw CCL when the child is more than 18 years of age?
No. CCL is admissible only until the child reaches the age of 18 years (or 22 years in case of child with disability). (Rule 43-C of CCS (Leave) Rules)
83. Whether a Government servant is entitled to draw CCL for the third child?
No. Child Care Leave is admissible for a maximum of two surviving children. (Rule 43-C of CCS (Leave) Rules)
84. Whether a Government servant is entitled to draw Special Casual Leave for donating blood?
Yes. Special Casual Leave for a maximum of one day may be granted for donating blood. (Rule 12 of CCS (Leave) Rules)
85. Whether a Government servant is entitled to draw Special Casual Leave for attending a trade union meeting?
No. Special Casual Leave is not admissible for attending a trade union meeting. (Rule 12 of CCS (Leave) Rules)
