National Bill Mail Service (NBMS):

Bill mail service for destinations outside the local Bill Mail Service (BMS) area.
NBMS articles accepted at Business Post Centers.
Requires submission in pin code wise bundles with a check slip.
Minimum quantity per posting: 10,000 articles.
Can be sent anywhere in India in pin code sorted bundles.
Treated as first-class articles during transmission.
Tariff: ₹5 for up to 50 grams, ₹2 for every additional 50 grams.
Payment for Govt./PSUs: Advance payment via Demand Drafts/Banker's cheques at identified post offices.
Payment for Private Companies/Firms: Advance payment in cheques (processing after realization).

Greeting Post:
Innovative product: Card with envelope and pre-printed postage stamp.
Envelope has a multi-colored embossed stamp (miniature replica of the card design, 5cm x 4cm x 3cm, ₹5 denomination).
Eliminates the need to affix separate postage stamps.
Round stamp in gray blue on the back flap of the card.
All postage rules apply.
₹5 postage allows sending up to 20 grams anywhere in the country.
Dimensions and Types: 
o Small size card: 10.5 cm x 16.5 cm
o Large size card: 12 cm x 18.5 cm
Pricing (inclusive of ₹5 postage): 
o Small size card: ₹14 per card
o Large size card: ₹17 per card

Western Union Money Transfer (WUMT):

Collaboration between India Post and Western Union Financial Services (USA).
Offers international money transfer service through Indian post offices.
Enables instantaneous remittance from 185 countries to India.
Recipients can collect money within minutes of sender's remittance.
Target Audience: NRI dependent families in India, visiting international tourists, foreign students in India.
Sender Process: Fills "To send money" form, pays principal and charges at 100,000+ Western Union locations, receives Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
Receiver Process: Visits a post office offering WUMT, fills "To receive money" form, provides MTCN and valid ID, receives money in Indian Rupees.
Transaction Limits: Maximum 2500 USD per transaction (personal use only, RBI regulations).
Receiving Limit: Maximum 30 transactions per calendar year per individual.
Payment Mode to Receiver: Up to ₹50,000 cash, above ₹50,000 via cheque/savings account credit (following AML guidelines). Foreigners paid in cash regardless of amount.
Customer Service: Payees treated as "Most Favoured Customers" for courteous and efficient service.
Loyalty Card: Regular customers with loyalty cards do not need to produce other ID.
Valid Identification Documents for Receivers: Voter Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card.
India Post also provides its own identity card for regular customers.

e-IPO (Electronic Indian Postal Orders):

Launched on 22.3.2013 for Indian citizens abroad to purchase IPOs online for RTI fee.
Now extended to Indian citizens living in India.
Indian Postal Order can be purchased online via e-Post Office portal.
All RTI Act provisions (eligibility, time-limit, exemptions) apply.
Registration: Required at e-Post Office portal (https://www.epostoffice.gov.in or www.indiapost.gov.in).
Registration Details: Email ID, Mobile number (mandatory for verification), address, DOB, gender.
Process: Select Ministry/Department for RTI, e-IPO generated is specific to that entity.
Unique transaction number generated (e-IPO number).
Printout of e-IPO to be attached with RTI application (as attachment for electronic filing).

Field Postal Order:
Issued by field post offices of the Army Postal Service.
Convenient money transmission for Armed Forces Personnel.
Available denominations: ₹2000, ₹3000, ₹5000, ₹10000, ₹15000, ₹20000.
Can be encashed at any Field Post Office or Civilian Post Office.
Commission Charges: 
o ₹2000: ₹30
o ₹3000: ₹30
o ₹5000: ₹50
o ₹10,000: ₹60
o ₹15,000: ₹80
o ₹20,000: ₹90
