2. Can a candidate be considered for appointment if they are technically an earning member?
Yes, under Order No. 17-1/2022-SPG-II dated 27.09.2022, an applicant who is already earning may still be considered if their monthly income is less than Rs. 9,000. This applies to income derived from casual labour, agricultural activities, or work within the unorganized sector.
