Which specific cases must be mandatorily referred to the Postal Directorate after being considered by the CRC and approved by the HoC?
According to Order No. 17-1/2022-SPG-II dated 27.09.2022, five specific categories must be referred to the Directorate: (i) cases where applicants (excluding the spouse/widow) do not meet minimum educational requirements and are recommended as MTS trainees; (ii) "belated cases" that are five years or more old; (iii) cases where an earning member already resides with the family; (iv) cases involving dependents of missing government servants; and (v) any case where the Head of Circle (HoC) does not agree with the CRC's recommendations.
