76. Whether a Government servant is entitled to draw Unearned Leave on Private Affairs (ULPA)?
No. The term Unearned Leave on Private Affairs (ULPA) has been substituted by the term Half Pay Leave (HPL). (Rule 29 of CCS (Leave) Rules)
77. Whether a Government servant is entitled to draw Maternity Leave for the third child?
No. Maternity Leave is admissible for a maximum of two surviving children. (Rule 43 of CCS (Leave) Rules)
78. Whether a Government servant is entitled to draw Child Adoption Leave for the third child?
No. Child Adoption Leave is admissible for a maximum of two surviving children. (Rule 43-B of CCS (Leave) Rules)
79. What is the maximum period for which Paternity Leave is admissible?
Paternity Leave is admissible for a maximum period of 15 days. (Rule 43-A of CCS (Leave) Rules)
