What is CPENGRAMS ?

I usually post all important items related to official rulings, union news, and other general matters on my YouTube channels: Yourskayveeyes (English) and Anbudan Kayveeyes (Tamil).

However, due to the recent spate of orders and the high volume of information being received, I have not been able to convert every item into a video. Therefore, I am introducing these new slots to post current matters and updates that have not yet been published on YouTube. This ensures you stay informed on every detail, even if a video hasn't been made yet …………….Kayveeyes

What is CPENGRAMS ?

CPENGRAMS stands for the Centralized Pension Grievance Redress & Monitoring System.

It is an online, web-enabled system developed to provide speedy redressal, effective monitoring, and fast access to pensioners' grievances.

It was developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in association with the Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare.

The system gives special attention to grievance registration by Family Pensioners and Super Senior Pensioners.

CPENGRAMS offers features such as:

o Online Lodging of grievances.

o Sending a Reminder/Clarification for a registered grievance.

o Viewing Grievance/Appeal Status.

o Providing Feedback.

o Filing an Appeal if not satisfied with the grievance disposal.

The service can be availed through the CPENGRAMS website (https://pgportal.gov.in/pension) or the Pensioners' Portal website (https://pensionersportal.gov.in/).

To lodge a grievance, the pensioner selects the 'Type of Pensioner' (e.g., Civil, Railways, Posts) and fills in mandatory details, including grievance description (up to 4000 characters) and can upload a supporting document (PDF only).

After successful verification of the mobile number via OTP, a Registration Number is provided via email/SMS.

An Appeal can only be submitted within 30 days of the disposal of the original grievance.

Feedback on grievance disposal can be submitted, with quality options being Excellent, Very Good, Average, or Poor.
