Mandatory course and comprehensive assessment for all Central Government employees on the iGot portal.
I usually post all important items related to official rulings, union news, and other general matters on my YouTube channels: Yourskayveeyes (English) and Anbudan Kayveeyes (Tamil).
However, due to the recent spate of orders and the high volume of information being received, I have not been able to convert every item into a video. Therefore, I am introducing these new slots to post current matters and updates that have not yet been published on YouTube. This ensures you stay informed on every detail, even if a video hasn't been made yet …………….Kayveeyes
Mandatory course and comprehensive assessment for all Central Government employees on the iGot portal.
• The course and assessment are for the APAR (Annual Performance Assessment Report) year 2025-2026.
• All officers and officials are requested to update their user profile on the iGot portal and complete the mandatory courses. This is to ensure the onboarding of all officials in the iGot portal.
• Previous instructions regarding course completion were issued via circle emails on June 23, 2025, June 30, 2025, and July 3, 2025. These are to be followed for onboarding.
• The concerned Directorate letter dated August 18, 2025, makes it the responsibility of concerned employees to ensure successful course completion and subsequent inclusion in their APAR.
• The iGot cell will be formed at regional and unit levels to monitor the course completion and provide weekly reports to the Directorate. The Directorate has already shared details in Excel sheets for the Vigilance Awareness Week, 2025, and these may be updated.
• The document identifies specific topics for the courses, including iGot on Topics/Themes such as Ethics, Conduct Rules, Integrity, Attitudinal Change, Cyber Hygiene, and Public Procurement.
• All staff members are encouraged to complete these courses during the campaign period and to inform officials who have completed their training in each course.
