Guidelines for implementation of DoPT's O.M. dated 04.07.2025 regarding Mandatory Course Karmayogi,":
I usually post all important items related to official rulings, union news, and other general matters on my YouTube channels: Yourskayveeyes (English) and Anbudan Kayveeyes (Tamil).
However, due to the recent spate of orders and the high volume of information being received, I have not been able to convert every item into a video. Therefore, I am introducing these new slots to post current matters and updates that have not yet been published on YouTube. This ensures you stay informed on every detail, even if a video hasn't been made yet …………….Kayveeyes
Guidelines for implementation of DoPT's O.M. dated 04.07.2025 regarding Mandatory Course Karmayogi,":
• All Central Government employees and officers of the All India Services (AIS) are required to complete prescribed courses and undergo comprehensive assessments on the iGOT Karmayogi platform. The results will be reflected in their Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR).
• Ministries/Departments/Organizations (MDOs) or Cadre Controlling Authorities (CCAs) must select a minimum of six courses for employees at each level. The courses must be at least 30 minutes long and have an end-of-course assessment.
• A standalone Comprehensive Assessment Framework will be rolled out for the APAR cycle 2026-27, based on the reporting period 2025-26. All central government employees and AIS officers must pass this assessment.
• Employees must complete at least 50% of the courses prescribed for them annually.
• MDOs or CCAs are responsible for creating a question bank for the comprehensive assessment. It is recommended to use the Training Institute under their control or the agency that created the course. Support for creating AI-generated questions is also available from Karmayogi Bharat (KB).
• The question bank must have 200 to 300 application-oriented questions, which are different from the end-of-course assessments.
• The comprehensive assessment will have 48-50 questions with a total of 100 marks. The questions are divided into four sections: Easy, Medium, Difficult, and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The passing percentage is 50%. There is no negative marking. The duration of the assessment is one hour.
• To see the assigned courses, employees must update their iGOT profiles with their current role/designation. The courses will then appear in the 'My iGOT' section.
• Completion of the prescribed courses is a prerequisite for attempting the comprehensive assessment.
• The status of course completion and passing the comprehensive assessment will be automatically fetched from iGOT and reflected in a new table in Part-II of the APAR.
• Failure to pass on the first attempt will not be recorded; only the final passing status will be reflected
