212. Daily Rules Recap - Refresher Training of PA (SBCO) officials joining as PA (PO) on counter/treasury operations
• As per DG (P) letter dated 12.5.2023 refresher training is introduced at PTC for the PA (SBCO) now opted as PA (PO) cadre since they does not have any detailed knowledge about counter/ Treasury operations of Post offices.
• Refresher training is necessary for familiarizing them with the domain areas handled at the post offices.
• Refresher training covering all aspects of Finacle, McCamish and other counter/treasury operations at PO level may be imparted.
• Now on 6.6.2024, it is stated that officials in PA SBCO cadre have already undergone induction training do not require additional induction training.
• If such officials who are still on probation and not received induction training should be provided with induction training for the PA (PO) cadre at PTcs.
• Training centres are directed to arrange a comprehensive refresher training program for those already undergone induction training.
• The training should be based on the training provided to PA (PO) cadre.
