78. Penal Action for False Community Certificate:
* If the verification of a community certificate reveals that the claim of belonging to a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe is false, the individual's services will be terminated immediately. This termination will occur without any further explanation and without prejudice to any further action that may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for the production of a false certificate.

தவறான சாதிச் சான்றிதழ் சமர்ப்பித்தல் தொடர்பான தண்டனை நடவடிக்கை:
சாதிச் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பின் மூலம், பட்டியல் சாதி அல்லது பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் என்ற கூற்று தவறானது என்று தெரியவந்தால், அந்த நபரின் சேவைகள் உடனடியாக நிறுத்தப்படும். இந்த நிறுத்தம் எந்தவிதமான விளக்கமும் அளிக்காமல், தவறான சான்றிதழை சமர்ப்பித்ததற்காக இந்திய தண்டனைச் சட்டத்தின் விதிகளின் கீழ் எடுக்கப்படக்கூடிய எந்தவொரு மேலதிக நடவடிக்கையும் பாதிக்காமல் நடைபெறும்.
