What is the process for framing or amending Recruitment Rules for Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts?
For Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts, the administrative Ministry or Department frames or amends the rules. This must be done in consultation with the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), and the Ministry of Law (Legislative Department), followed by the approval of the competent authority within the Ministry or Department.
