Services available through the new CGHS portal& switch over to new portal
• CGHS beneficiaries will now be identified using their PAN number, streamlining eligibility verification.
• Contribution payments will be directly linked to the Bharat Kosh portal, eliminating manual entries and reducing errors/refund issues.
• The system will now provide full eligibility details and contribution amounts before payment is required.
• Card transfers, adding dependents, and other changes can now be done entirely online, saving time and eliminating the need for office visits.
• Beneficiaries will receive SMS and email updates at each stage of their application processes, increasing transparency and reducing the need for follow-ups.
• Existing users will need to reset their passwords upon their first login to enhance cybersecurity.
• Departments will be identified using their DDO and PAO codes (as on salary slips) to strengthen backend records.
