What are the regulations regarding the display of posters and notices by Government servants or Unions on the walls and doors of Government offices?

Government servants and their Unions or Associations are strictly prohibited from displaying or affixing posters and notices on the walls or doors of Government buildings and offices, as this practice disfigures the property. According to existing orders, Unions and Associations are only permitted to display notices on specific Notice Boards. These boards must be fixed in office premises at locations specified by the Head of the Office and used for specific purposes, excluding notices related to strikes. Affiliates and branches are directed to follow these rules strictly to avoid unauthorized practices that may compel authorities to take appropriate action.
