What are the HRA rules for training and deputation according to Order No. 2/4/2022-E.IIB dated 30.12.2022?
According to Order No. 2/4/2022-E.IIB dated 30.12.2022, employees on training in India treated as duty are entitled to HRA at either the place of training or their original station. For training or deputation abroad, HRA is admissible for the entire period at the rates of the last station in India, provided their family remains there and the required certificates are produced. During "Joining Time," HRA continues at the rates of the station from which the employee was transferred.
