The letter outlines several instructions for SDHs who are not meeting their revenue targets for POSB, PLI, RPLI, and IPPB. These instructions include:
• For SDHs who have not achieved their targets, clerical assistance will be reviewed by the Competent Authority and will be withdrawn if their performance does not improve.
• SDHs working in remote areas who are not meeting their targets will be kept in their current positions, and their preferred location choices will not be considered until they improve their performance.
• SDHs who are not performing well and are working at their preferred locations will be transferred to the most remote or farthest sub-divisions within the circle in the interest of service.
• SDHs who are meeting their targets will have their preferred location considered at an appropriate time, regardless of their current post tenure.
