 217. Daily Rules Recap - Whether relaxation of one year can be granted for temporary transfer? If so to whom?

• Temporary transfer guidelines were prescribed in the Memo dated 17.1.2019.

• Subsequently it was modified vide letter dated 2.9.2021 that an official will be eligible for inter circle/ Intra circle temporary transfer after completion of one year service.

• Now it has been relaxed to PwBD officials and one year condition shall not be required.

• This is given effect from 26.7.2024.
