Book now pay later scheme (BNPL) - Bulk customer is eligible for credit facility on entering into an agreement with the Department. Bulk customer is defined as anyone who provides Rs. 10000/- worth of speed post business in a calendar month at a speed post booking office. Once the bulk customer is granted approval, he can tender speed post articles in bulk at booking offices every day without making any payment at the time of booking. The booking office sends a monthly bill on the articles booked in the previous month and the customer has to pay the amount within 30 days. Volume based discounts are given to customers at the prescribed rates. Customer login can also be provided to corporate customers for MIS and tracking purposes.

Business Parcel –Salient features:
Customized: Business Parcel is a contractual service, designed to suit requirement of business customers for an economical and reliable distribution solution.
Economical & secure: Business Parcel provides an economical distribution solution to its customers using surface transmission modes.
Weight: Minimum chargeable weight for which Business Parcel consignments will be booked is 2 Kg. Maximum weight of Business Parcel consignments which shall be booked by a contractual (business/ corporate) customer is 35 Kg.
Door to Door Service: All Business Parcel consignments shall be given door delivery irrespective of its weight. Business/ Corporate customers are provided pick-up facility from their premises.
Insurance: No compulsory coverage of insurance shall be necessary for Business Parcel consignments irrespective of weight or value thereof.
Redirection & Return to sender: Redirection facility shall not be available to customers of the Business Parcel; however consignments can be returned to sender in cases wherever same could not be delivered. Consignments will be returned to the sender through the same transmission channel through which it was received
Compensation: In case of the loss or damage of the Express Parcel or contents thereof, the compensation payable shall be restricted to five hundred rupees or the actual value of the parcel or the content lost, whichever is less
Network coverage: Business Parcel can be booked for delivery from any Post Office in the country providing a nationwide coverage.
Postage payment: Following payment options are available:
a. Advance Deposit facility: Customer may avail advance deposit facility. In such a case, amount will be credited in a particular account (an unique Customer ID allotted to customer) which is debited as and when consignments are booked.
b. Credit facility: Customers may avail Credit facility for booking of Express Parcel consignments fulfilling the conditions and criterion prescribed for same. Monthly bills will be generated for the consignments booked in a particular month and customer is required to make the payment in a prescribed time period.
c. Payment at the time of booking: Corporate customer who does not want to avail either credit facility or advance Deposit
Account facility for booking of their Express Parcel consignments, can make the payment as and when they give the consignments for booking. In such cases consignments shall be prepaid either by affixing postage stamp or making the frank impression.
Volume discount: Customers of Business Parcel are offered attractive volume discount subject to criterion prescribed.
Cash on Delivery: In order to meet the requirement of bulk customers for collection of amount for costlier goods, Cash on Delivery facility is available which provides collection of amount upto Rs. 50,000/- at the time of delivery of consignments.

இப்போது முன்பதிவு செய்து பின்னர் பணம் செலுத்தும் திட்டம் (BNPL) - மொத்த வாடிக்கையாளர் துறையுடன் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்து கொள்வதன் மூலம் கடன் வசதிக்கு தகுதியுடையவர். ஒரு காலண்டர் மாதத்தில் வேகப்பதிவு முன்பதிவு அலுவலகத்தில் ரூ. 10000/- மதிப்புள்ள வேகப்பதிவு வணிகத்தை வழங்கும் எவரும் மொத்த வாடிக்கையாளர் என்று வரையறுக்கப்படுகிறார். மொத்த வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு ஒப்புதல் கிடைத்தவுடன், முன்பதிவு செய்யும் நேரத்தில் எந்த கட்டணமும் செலுத்தாமல் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் முன்பதிவு அலுவலகங்களில் மொத்தமாக வேகப்பதிவு கட்டுரைகளை டெண்டர் செய்யலாம். முன்பதிவு அலுவலகம் முந்தைய மாதத்தில் முன்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகள் குறித்த மாதாந்திர பில்லை அனுப்புகிறது மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் 30 நாட்களுக்குள் தொகையை செலுத்த வேண்டும். பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட விகிதங்களில் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு தொகுதி அடிப்படையிலான தள்ளுபடிகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. MIS மற்றும் கண்காணிப்பு நோக்கங்களுக்காக கார்ப்பரேட் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு வாடிக்கையாளர் உள்நுழைவும் வழங்கப்படலாம். லேப் வழிகாட்டியில் கவுண்டரில் வழங்கப்படும் வேகப்பதிவு கட்டுரையின் முன்பதிவு செயல்முறையை நாம் பார்ப்போம்.
வணிக பார்சல் - முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்: விருப்பப்படி வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டது: வணிக பார்சல் என்பது ஒரு ஒப்பந்த சேவையாகும், இது வணிக வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் பொருளாதார மற்றும் நம்பகமான விநியோக தீர்வுக்கான தேவைகளுக்கு ஏற்ப வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
பொருளாதார மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பானது: வணிக பார்சல் மேற்பரப்பு பரிமாற்ற முறைகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி அதன் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு பொருளாதார விநியோக தீர்வை வழங்குகிறது.
எடை: வணிக பார்சல் அனுப்பீடுகள் முன்பதிவு செய்யப்படும் குறைந்தபட்ச கட்டண எடை 2 கிலோ ஆகும். ஒரு ஒப்பந்த (வணிக/கார்ப்பரேட்) வாடிக்கையாளரால் முன்பதிவு செய்யப்படும் வணிக பார்சல் அனுப்பீடுகளின் அதிகபட்ச எடை 35 கிலோ ஆகும்.
வீட்டுக்கு வீடு சேவை: அனைத்து வணிக பார்சல் அனுப்பீடுகளும் அதன் எடையைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் வீட்டு டெலிவரி வழங்கப்படும். வணிக/கார்ப்பரேட் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு அவர்களின் வளாகத்திலிருந்து பிக்-அப் வசதி வழங்கப்படுகிறது. காப்பீடு: எடை அல்லது அதன் மதிப்பைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் வணிக பார்சல் அனுப்பீடுகளுக்கு கட்டாய காப்பீடு எதுவும் தேவையில்லை.
திசை திருப்பி விடுதல் மற்றும் அனுப்புநருக்குத் திரும்புதல்: வணிக பார்சல் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு திசை திருப்பி விடும் வசதி கிடைக்காது; இருப்பினும் டெலிவரி செய்ய முடியாத சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் அனுப்பீடுகள் அனுப்புநருக்குத் திரும்பப் பெறலாம். அனுப்பீடுகள் பெறப்பட்ட அதே பரிமாற்ற சேனல் மூலம் அனுப்புநருக்குத் திரும்ப அனுப்பப்படும்.
இழப்பீடு: எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் பார்சல் அல்லது அதன் உள்ளடக்கங்கள் இழப்பு அல்லது சேதம் ஏற்பட்டால், செலுத்த வேண்டிய இழப்பீடு ஐநூறு ரூபாய்க்கு அல்லது இழந்த பார்சல் அல்லது உள்ளடக்கத்தின் உண்மையான மதிப்பில் எது குறைவாக இருந்தாலும் அதற்கு கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படும்.
நெட்வொர்க் கவரேஜ்: நாடு முழுவதும் கவரேஜ் வழங்கும் எந்த தபால் அலுவலகத்திலிருந்தும் டெலிவரிக்கு வணிக பார்சலை முன்பதிவு செய்யலாம்.
தபால் கட்டணம் செலுத்துதல்: பின்வரும் கட்டண விருப்பங்கள் உள்ளன:
அ. முன்கூட்டிய வைப்பு வசதி: வாடிக்கையாளர் முன்கூட்டிய வைப்பு வசதியைப் பெறலாம். அத்தகைய சந்தர்ப்பத்தில், ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட கணக்கில் (வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட தனித்துவமான வாடிக்கையாளர் ஐடி) தொகை வரவு வைக்கப்படும், இது அனுப்பீடுகள் முன்பதிவு செய்யப்படும்போது பற்று வைக்கப்படும்.
ஆ. கடன் வசதி: வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் பார்சல் அனுப்பீடுகளை முன்பதிவு செய்வதற்கான கடன் வசதியைப் பெறலாம், அதே நிபந்தனைகள் மற்றும் அளவுகோல்களை பூர்த்தி செய்கிறார்கள். ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட மாதத்தில் முன்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட அனுப்பீடுகளுக்கு மாதாந்திர பில்கள் உருவாக்கப்படும் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட காலக்கெடுவில் பணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
இ. முன்பதிவு செய்யும் நேரத்தில் கட்டணம் செலுத்துதல்: தங்கள் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் பார்சல் அனுப்பீடுகளை முன்பதிவு செய்வதற்கு கடன் வசதி அல்லது முன்கூட்டிய வைப்பு கணக்கு வசதியை பெற விரும்பாத கார்ப்பரேட் வாடிக்கையாளர், அவர்கள் அனுப்பீடுகளை முன்பதிவு செய்வதற்கு கொடுக்கும்போது பணம் செலுத்தலாம். அத்தகைய சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் அனுப்பீடுகள் தபால் முத்திரை ஒட்டுவதன் மூலம் அல்லது பிராங்க் பதிவைச் செய்வதன் மூலம் முன்கூட்டியே செலுத்தப்படும்.
தொகுதி தள்ளுபடி: வணிக பார்சல் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட அளவுகோல்களுக்கு உட்பட்டு கவர்ச்சிகரமான தொகுதி தள்ளுபடி வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
டெலிவரி நேரத்தில் பணம் செலுத்துதல்: விலை உயர்ந்த பொருட்களுக்கான தொகையை வசூலிப்பதற்கான மொத்த வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் தேவையை பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்காக, டெலிவரி நேரத்தில் பணம் செலுத்தும் வசதி கிடைக்கிறது, இது அனுப்பீடுகள் டெலிவரி செய்யப்படும் நேரத்தில் ரூ. 50,000/- வரை தொகையை வசூலிக்கிறது.
