Government employee should produce a certificate issued by the head of institutions/school for the period in which claim is preferred.
In case such certificate cannot be obtained, self attested copy of report card or self attested copy of receipts(including e receipts) indicating fee deposited for the entire academic year can be produced as a supporting document to claim CEA.
Reimbursement of CEA should be done once in a financial year after the completion of financial year.
