122. Whether caste status has to be verified against at the time of promotion?
Yes. For this purpose, the caste and the community he belongs, his place of residence and the name of the state should be pasted on the top of the service book, personal file or any other relevant document to facilitate such verification.

No.

124. Whether the date of qualifying PO & RMS Accountants examination or the seniority position in the PA Gradation list shall be the eligibility condition for the promotion of LSG APM accounts?
While considering promotions to LSG (A/cs), the eligibility list of PAs/SAs who have passed the Accountant's examination by the crucial date prescribed for assessing the eligibility may be prepared based on their seniority in the PA/SA grade.

125. Whether the PO & RMS Accountants who opted to general line at the time of TBOP and BCR are entitled to opt again for accounts line?
Yes. PAs/SAs who have qualified the PO & RMS Accountant's examination or are working as an accountant and had given an option for General line at the time of grant of financial up gradation under TBOP and BCR schemes shall still be eligible for promotion to LSG (A/cs) if they opt for it.
