• The subject of the communication from the Ministry of Communications is the data requirement in connection with the Consultancy Project for the Mail & Parcel Optimization Project (MPOP) of the Department of Posts.
• The purpose of the Mail & Parcel Optimization Project (MPOP) is to revamp the document, parcel, and international mail segments of the Department of Posts.
• It aims to study the Courier & Express Parcel (CEP) market, develop a business and marketing strategy for India Post, and optimize processing hubs and networks to ensure safe, secure, reliable, and timely delivery of mail and parcels.
• McKinsey & Company India LLP has been appointed as the Project Consultant for the Mail & Parcel Optimization Project (MPOP).

3. Distance L1-L2 connections
4. TMO details
5. Pickup and delivery operations details
6. Delivery post offices information
7. Customer split
8. AMPC and PH performance metrics
