25. Preference in posting of Physically Handicapped candidates

• Preference for Local Posting: Physically handicapped candidates should be prioritized for job placements within their native place or district whenever possible. 

• Transfer Requests: Employees with disabilities should have their requests for transfers to locations closer to their native places given special consideration .

Physically handicapped candidates appointed should preferably be posted in their native place or at least in their native district. The requests from the employees for transfer to or near the native may also be given preference.
