How is the inter-se seniority of officials approved for promotion against the 1/3rd quota of LSG vacancies of one year to be fixed?
Their inter-se seniority is to be fixed in the order of their seniority in the whole gradation list of Time Scale. Meanwhile, the inter-se seniority of officials selected for promotion to LSG under such quota prior to 1-11-1977 is to be fixed on the basis of their merit position assigned by the DPC.
