221. Daily Rules Recap - Conducting supplementary DPC to fill the vacant LSG, HSG II & I Posts
• Number of officials promoted to LSG, HSG II & I are refusing their promotion.
• The primary reason for their refusal is either they have already drawing the pay of promoted post or not being posted to their preferred postal division on promotion.
• Due to refusal of promotion, the LSG, HSG II & I posts are not filled.
• Refusal of promotion can be minimized by posting to their preferred postal division.
• It is requested to post the officials to the preferred divisions as possible.
• In the event of non filling the posts supplementary DPC should be conducted to all the vacancies as per letter dated 3.8.2023.
