215. Daily Rules Recap - Recent Modification in the rotational transfer orders in the Dept of Posts
• The instructions on rotational transfer issued during Covid and the recent orders dated 26.4.2023. The main orders dated 17.1.2019 is restored for all Group C officials.
• In the 17.1.2019 orders para 5 (xiii) is modified due to merger of PA(SBCO) with PA(PO). The rotational transfer for SBCO will be as follows.
• Existing Transfer Placement Committee will consider PA(SBCO) officials also.
• After completion of post tenure, they shall be transferred against sanctioned establishment of PA(SBCO) within the cluster of divisions.
• If no matching post is available extension of one year shall be granted with the approval of the PMG/CPMG as the case may be.
• If only one post is within cluster divisions, he shall be posted outside the cluster of divisions but within the region.
• If only one post in the region, official may be posted to his office of choice where SBCO branch is functional by deploying one post to division from where he is transferred.
• For rotational transfer to PA(PO) working in SBCO branches, transfer and placement committee shall consider the PA PO officials in SBCO branch to the extent of PA(PO) establishment in a particular office.
• Officials working in single/double handed offices or looking after SB counter operations in Pos after completion of post tenure, shall not be posted in SBCO branch.
• LSG officials looking after SB counter operations within one year of completion of post tenure shall not be posted in SBCO branch.
• Any official who has been identified directly or indirectly linked with SB fraud or suspicious of such activities in last five years should not be posted in SBCO.
• There shall be a equal gap of three years between two postings in SBCO branch.
• This will come in to effect from 24.6.2024
