Allotment / Transfer / Posting of officials up to ASP level

• The composition of the Transfer and Placement Committee and the approving authority up to the Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices (ASP) level has been laid down in the Director General of Posts (DG Posts) letter dated 3.8.2023.
• For HSG-I NFG and HSG-I APMG/Ad Staff, the Chairman will be the APMG/AD or equivalent. Two APMG/AD or equivalent will be members. The Director of Postal Services (DPS) Headquarters is the approving authority for the allotment of the region, and the DPS Region is the approving authority for posting and transfer.
• On promotion to NFG, officials shall be allotted to the same region and not a nearby region.
• At the time of allotment of newly promoted officials, pending transfer requests for a change of region shall be considered first.
• For HSG-II & LSG, the composition of the transfer committee and the approving authority is the same as DPS Headquarters.
• Postings and transfers will be approved by the Head of the Division from HSG-II to the Postal Assistant (PA) level. For this, the Transfer and Placement (TP) Committee will consist of the Head of the Division as Chairman and two Deputy Superintendents of Post Offices (Dy SPs)/ASPs/Inspectors of Posts (IPs) of the same division as members, who will be nominated by the Divisional Head.
• On promotion to HSG-II & LSG, officials shall be allotted to the same division or nearby divisions.
• Before posting promoted officials, pending requests for a change of division shall be considered first.

• புதிதாக பதவி உயர்வு பெற்ற அதிகாரிகளை நியமிக்கும்போது, மண்டல மாற்றம் கோரும் நிலுவையில் உள்ள இடமாற்றக் கோரிக்கைகள் முதலில் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும்.
• HSG-II & LSG க்கும், இடமாற்றக் குழுவின் அமைப்பு மற்றும் ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கும் அதிகாரம் DPS தலைமையகத்தைப் போலவே இருக்கும்.
• HSG-II முதல் தபால் உதவியாளர் (PA) நிலை வரை பணியமர்த்தல் மற்றும் இடமாற்றங்கள் கோட்டத் தலைவரால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்படும். இதற்காக, இடமாற்ற மற்றும் நியமனக் குழுவில் கோட்டத் தலைவர் தலைவராகவும், அதே கோட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த இரண்டு உதவி அஞ்சலகக் கண்காணிப்பாளர்கள் (Dy SPs)/ASPக்கள்/அஞ்சல் ஆய்வாளர்கள் (IPக்கள்) உறுப்பினர்களாகவும் இருப்பார்கள். இவர்கள் கோட்டத் தலைவரால் நியமிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
• HSG-II & LSG பதவி உயர்வில், அதிகாரிகள் அதே கோட்டம் அல்லது அருகிலுள்ள கோட்டங்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
• பதவி உயர்வு பெற்ற அதிகாரிகளை பணியமர்த்துவதற்கு முன், கோட்ட மாற்றம் கோரும் நிலுவையில் உள்ள கோரிக்கைகள் முதலில் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும்.
