Merger of PA (FPO) with PA (PO) – Transfer guidelines
• The posting of Postal Assistants (PAs) in Foreign Post Offices (FPOs) Kolkata and Chennai has been reviewed.
• Incumbent PAs in FPOs as of 31.12.2022 shall continue to be posted in FPOs until their promotion or cessation of service.
• If any PAs were transferred earlier from FPOs to postal divisions without their request, they may be brought back to FPOs.
• Those who opted to continue in the PA FPO cadre will be considered for promotion as was done prior to the order dated 16.11.2022.
• Fresh PA appointments shall not be made in FPOs.
• Posting in FPOs against vacant posts shall be done from postal divisions on a tenure basis.
• Those who have completed 2 years of service in a Postal division shall be eligible for posting in an FPO.
• After the completion of one tenure in an FPO post, one has to be posted back to the postal divisions.
• They can be reposted to an FPO only after the completion of one tenure in the division.

• கொல்கத்தா மற்றும் சென்னை வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களில் (FPO) தபால் உதவியாளர்களின் (PA) பணியிடங்கள் மறுஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• 31.12.2022 நிலவரப்படி வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களில் உள்ள தற்போதைய தபால் உதவியாளர்கள் பதவி உயர்வு பெறும் வரை அல்லது பணியில் இருந்து விலகும் வரை வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களிலேயே பணியமர்த்தப்படுவார்கள்.
• விருப்பம் இல்லாமல் முன்பு வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களில் இருந்து அஞ்சல் பிரிவுகளுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்ட தபால் உதவியாளர்கள் யாரேனும் இருந்தால், அவர்கள் மீண்டும் வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களுக்கு கொண்டு வரப்படலாம்.
• 16.11.2022 தேதியிட்ட உத்தரவுக்கு முன்பு செய்ததைப் போலவே, வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலக தபால் உதவியாளர் பிரிவில் தொடர விருப்பம் தெரிவித்தவர்கள் பதவி உயர்வுக்கு பரிசீலிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
• வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களில் புதிய தபால் உதவியாளர் நியமனங்கள் செய்யப்படாது.
• காலியாக உள்ள பதவிகளுக்கு வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களில் பணியமர்த்தல், அஞ்சல் பிரிவுகளில் இருந்து குறிப்பிட்ட கால அடிப்படையில் செய்யப்படும்.
• அஞ்சல் பிரிவில் 2 வருட சேவை முடித்தவர்கள் வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகத்தில் பணியமர்த்தப்படுவதற்கு தகுதியுடையவர்கள்.
• வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலக பதவியில் ஒரு பதவிக்காலம் முடித்த பிறகு, ஒருவர் மீண்டும் அஞ்சல் பிரிவுகளுக்கு மாற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.
• பிரிவில் ஒரு பதவிக்காலம் முடித்த பின்னரே அவர்கள் மீண்டும் வெளிநாட்டு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகத்திற்கு பணியமர்த்தப்பட முடியும்.
• இந்தத் தகவல் டிஜி (பி) எண்.W-04/7/2023-SPN-I-DOP தேதியிட்ட 26.3.2024 ஐ அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டது.
