85. Seniority of Meritorious Sportspersons Appointed in Relaxation of Recruitment Rules:
The seniority of meritorious sportspersons appointed in relaxation of Recruitment Rules is determined as follows (O.M.No.14015/1/76-Estt.(D) dated 4.8.1980):
1. Recruitment Through Employment Exchange/Direct Advertisement: When sportspersons are recruited through the Employment Exchange or by direct advertisement and are considered alongside general category candidates, their seniority will be assigned based on their placement in the selection panel.
2. Recruitment Through Staff Selection Commission: When recruitment is through a selection process conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (whether via competitive examination or otherwise), sportspersons recruited within the department should be placed en bloc junior to those already recommended by the Staff Selection Commission.
3. Inter Se Seniority: The inter se (among themselves) seniority of sportspersons will be in the order of their selection.

ஆட்சேர்ப்பு விதிகளுக்கு விலக்கு அளித்து நியமிக்கப்பட்ட திறமையான விளையாட்டு வீரர்களின் மூப்பு பின்வருமாறு தீர்மானிக்கப்படுகிறது (O.M.No.14015/1/76-Estt.(D) தேதியிட்ட 4.8.1980):
1. வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகம்/நேரடி விளம்பரம் மூலம் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு: விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகம் மூலமாகவோ அல்லது நேரடி விளம்பரம் மூலமாகவோ ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்யப்பட்டு பொதுப் பிரிவு வேட்பாளர்களுடன் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும்போது, அவர்களின் மூப்பு தேர்வுப் பட்டியலில் அவர்களின் இடத்தின் அடிப்படையில் வழங்கப்படும்.
2. பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் மூலம் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு: பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் நடத்தும் தேர்வு செயல்முறை மூலம் (போட்டித் தேர்வு மூலமாகவோ அல்லது வேறுவிதமாகவோ) ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்யப்படும்போது, துறையில் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்யப்பட்ட விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள், பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தால் ஏற்கனவே பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு அடுத்த நிலையில் தொகுதியாக வைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
3. உள்ளக மூப்பு: விளையாட்டு வீரர்களின் உள்ளக (தங்களுக்குள்) மூப்பு அவர்களின் தேர்வு வரிசையில் இருக்கும்.
